AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format

Everytime I open up a  new drawing an error pops up that there is (2) Xref that cant load. It seems to be the same (2) Excell files I have to go to the Datalink Manager and delete them. Is there any way to get in the Datalink Manager without opening a drawing to unlink these?

Do you mean every time you "start" a new DWG, or every time you "open" any DWG?

If you mean the former, then I would suspect your default template for new DWGs somehow was saved with these XREFs.  You would have to determine what template file that is (look in Options, Files tab, Template Settings), open it, edit it to remove the XREFs, and re-save it.

If you mean the latter, that would require more investigation...

Have you tried to set System Variable XREFNOTIFY to 0?

0	Disables xref notification
1	Enables xref notification. Notifies you that xrefs are attached to the current drawing by displaying the xref icon in the status bar tray. When you open a drawing, alerts you to missing xrefs by displaying the xref icon with a yellow alert symbol (!).
2	Enables xref notification and balloon messages. Displays the xref icon as in 1 above. Also displays balloon messages in the same area when xrefs are modified. The number of minutes between checking for modified xrefs is controlled by the environment variable XNOTIFYTIME.
