    Error working CAD2012

    Hello everyone.
    I could help, what happens is I'm working on CAD2012 and sometimes I get the following message and then closes ...

    We need more info.  Operating system?  32 or 64-bit?  Graphics card?  RAM?  What was the email address that the crash report was submitted under (Send that direct to me for privacy (Joshua.Benoist@autodesk.com))  Does this crash occur when using just one particular drawing?  One project?  Just one workstation?  All workstations in office?  How frequent does this occur?  Has this crash occurred since you originally installed 2012, or did it start later?  Have you tried a repair?  have you tried a re-install?  Have someone new log onto the computer.  Windows will generate a new user profile.  Then launch AutoCAD.  It will generate a new user profile, and kick off the secondary installer.  See if the crash still occurs in the new user account.

    Operating system?  Windows XP SP3 32 Bits

     

    Graphics card?  Onboard. Intel G51 Express Chipset

     

    RAM?  Kingston 4 GB DDR3 1333MHZ

     

    What was the email address that the crash report was submitted under (Send that direct to me for privacy (Joshua.Benoist@autodesk.com))  Antonio.Guerrero@WET-Group.com

     

    Does this crash occur when using just one particular drawing?  One project?  Appears out of nowhere...

     

    Just one workstation?  All workstations in office?   They have 2 licenses of CAD 2012, both shows this failure.

     

    How frequent does this occur? Frequently

     

    Has this crash occurred since you originally installed 2012, or did it start later?  From the first day of installation ...

     

    Have you tried a repair?  YES…

     

    have you tried a re-install?  YES…

     

    Have someone new log onto the computer.  Windows will generate a new user profile. 

    Then launch AutoCAD.  It will generate a new user profile, and kick off the secondary installer.  See if the crash still occurs in the new user account.

     

    It created a new profile and followed the failure.
