AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format

This is my first forum post...so bear with me.....

Upon installing AutoDesk Design Review 2012 and the default version of DWG TrueVIEW 2012, when I try to load either a DXF or a DWG image I get this error message:



If the default installation version isn't correct, what do you do?    Any highflyers with a helping hand? :-(

Might also want to type out that error message or a better screnn capture of it. I can not read it on my end.
