SOLVED THE ISSUE:
FILE: OPEN: (down at the bottom where is says "files of type") ".dwt"
Then went to my standart template that i use for new drawings "ACAD.dwt"
Once inside template drawing: TOOLS: OPTIONS (@ bottom): 3D MODELING TAB
Look at bottom left hand corner for: "DISPLAY VIEWCUBE OR USC ICON"
check the first box under 2D model space that says "Display ViewCube"
then check the first box under 3D model space that says "Display ViewCube"
Click "APPLY" & "OK"
Your viewcube should be gone, now "SAVE"
Make sure to check an exsisting drawing for it to be gone and if you didnt close out of a drawing you were working on before you started these steps the NaviCube will probably still be visible.
I cammand line type: NAVVCUBE: <OFF> "SAVE" your current drawing and you should be set.
Make sure you change back your "files of type" back to ".DWG" so you will ba able to access your ACAD files and thats it.
4min tops to do and no more frustration.
Hope it helps
