1) Please check : SNAP 2D = OFF please - SCUD = OFF please
2) Are you on a 3D DWG in a 3D view ? (SNAP 3D : OFF)
3) Please check the variables : DRAGP1 & DRAGP2
4) SNAPTYPE = 0 , GRID = OFF
