AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format

OK. so i get an email today from "Audoesk Research". They're asking me to if i want to participate in a study.

They'll even throw in a $100 amazon gift certificate.

Sounds great, right? I'm just a little skeptical. Wanted to know if anyone else has seen this study, and participated. I have to downlaod a 3rd party app that will run in the background while i'm working in acad, and they're going to track my command history.

Has anyone else heard of this? The email has an autodesk domain. Here is the website. Its not linked to the autodesk main site.

I've never installed any apps for their usability stuff, but, I have
gotten Amazon gift certificates for participating in calls and studies.

$100 seems quite generous though, I thought they normally went more for
the $20-30 range.

yep they offered... $50 up front, and $50 when its complete.

It's Kosher: I new a couple of folks who've received their $50 'sign-up'
already.

i also checked with autodesk themselves, and they assure me its a legitimate research group.
