Autocad file names reversed

Hi all.
I have a huge problem with Autocad, what happens is that I am working as normal a 3D model, then run the command "Flatshot" to bring order to put in another file 2D, after that the computer crashes and replacing names, leaving the 3D file with the name of 2D and eliminating the latter.
Stay tuned and many thanks for the support.

AutoCAD does not rename files in a crash, it just wipes the corrupt files that caused the crash away: do you have BAK file creation turned on in the program (assuming your QSAVE often, they would not be that old either)? Or are you flying by the seat of your pants so to speak?
Are you creating a SAVEAS before you FLATSHOT? That would make two files to go back to if you did.
Have you checked your Windows TEMP folder for Autosave files that AutoCAD creates in the event of a crash? Extension would be SV$ but have the name of your file usually (or at least the same sized file that is only moments old).
