I've set up a block for Piles and added fields for the coordinates but i need to adjust the decimal point. I'm working in mm and need the output in m. Can i do this through formulas or somehow. (I've not used formulas)

More easy, you can direct adjust it direct in the dialog of the field. If the result is a number value, you can adjust the "additional format" and within that dialog there is a "conversion factor". Type in 0.001 and you mm-values will be shown as Meter.

Can you upload a DWG with such an object?

Please see the link on my previous reply. I've attached a sample block that I made, it is dynamic and the arrow is the block that the field references (position).
Hope this helps.
Thanks for that, I have a couple of issues:
1. Now i've added a formula it only allows me to have X, Y and Z readings but i only want X.
2. My reading is 251.125360 but i want to lose that last 3 digits so it reads 251.125. Can i do that?
1. You can unselect whatever you don't want (x, y, z)
2. The precision can be to whatever you want, from the "Format" box in the field editor select "Decimal" then pickt what you want, please see attached.
