AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format

Can anyone help troubleshoot this?  Our fix is to try and uninstall/reinstall, but if we can head this off before scheduling an appointment with network support that would be great!

can you show the exact error message, best would be to upload a screenshot. The reason is that at least I don't know a message "missing acad file".

well, thx for the screenshot! My next question now: have you searched the www based on the words of the dialog?
