AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format

Just installed the upgrade from 2010 to 2011 and now i have NO express tools. I did install them though. Also when i go to help, its saying cant be found. Any ideas????

One more thing; in 2010 every so often when i have acad open and then open internet exporer, it would shut down my autocad!!!!!????

If you think you installed them, just type EXPRESSTOOLS at the command line.
If that does not work, they did not get installed. Try again.

OPTIONS command, set Help to be local to your PC, and not on the Internet
(default).

I am also new to 2011, upgraded from 2007. I did not load autocad on to my system so Im not sure where to go from here to aquire the expresstools. I did type "expresstools" into the command line and the response was "unknown command". Could anyone help point me in the right direction?

Express Tools are installed by the AutoCAD setup program.  Insert the AutoCAD disk and  the setup program should start automatically allowing you to ADD Express Tools to your install 

or

Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add Remove Programs > AutoCADxxxx > Change/Remove > Add/Remove Features > Express Tools  (you may still need the AutoCAD disks to install Express Tools)

Even after doing all that, I get the same error message

Try searching these forums (2011) on Help questions. There is an older post from last spring where a link was given to a downloadable Help file in the old CHM format. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply - but even worse - NO CHM help files work on my computer!  None, not just ACAD, but none at all.  Have tried several things, but nothing works.
