AutoCad 2012 Fatal Error

Today, when I tried opening CAD 2012 i received this Message
Fatal Error: Unhandled E0434352h Exception at fdcfcacdh,
im still at loss as how this randomly happened because it was just working fine yesterday.

Have you tried a repair? Does this happen with just one file, or always with this workstation on launch? If you log onto the same workstation as another user (new user never been on that station), what happens? Have you tried a re-install? What is your operating system? 32 or 64-bit? Antivirus program? Anything change? Windows update? Antivirus definition update? Electrical storm last night?

I get the same error everytime i try to use the product, it was working fine the last time I used it two weeks ago. All of a sudden I cant even open the program. What are some possibel solutions?

Maybe a registry cleaner. Remove the software and associated file and reinstall should take care of it.
Look to the Autodesk website for "Complete removal..."

I am not able to do a system restore that far back. I am running windows 7 64 bit. I will attempt to remove and reinstall.
