Can anyone help me fix the following error message? It keeps appearing whenever I try to create a block or open older versions of AutoCAD files. PLEASE HELP???

The other FATAL ERROR message I receive when opening older version cad files is:
[FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Delayload "AecSolidModeler.dbx" Module Not Found Exception at 762bfbaeh]
Does anyone know what this means and how how to fix this?
