I tried that and still get the same result with the exact same error code as my previous post.

I have to say, I really appreciate the help, Travis. Thank you.

That's pretty ridiculous at this point.  Those are generally all the tricks that get you past that error.  Worst case, remove all of those files completely and then reinstall.  It should think it is a fresh install at that point.

Yes, it is ridiculous. Sorry to pass my frustrations onto you.

I will do my best to remove everything I can and try another fresh install. My biggest challenge is that I don't want to do anything that will jeopardize my 2008 install since it's the only thing I have operable at the moment. I only have a few more hours to play with this anyway and then I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and go back to 2008 and get caught up.

Again, thank you very much for your input. It is greatly appreciated.

Well fortunately Autodesk changed the licensing scheme with the 2010 product, so only your 2010 and 2011 AutoCAD will not work. It should not affect your exising 2008 at all.  Autodesk is pretty good about keeping their products separated from each other.

We had a machine that crashed.  After reboot all profiles of AutoCAD refused to open.  Deleteing the CascadeInfo.cas file worked for us.  Thanks alot
