Like using annotative objects in 2012. Have annoautoscale set to -4.
Everything good until today. All of a sudden all objects have all scales. Drawing is a mess!
For some reason it acts like all scales apply to all annotative objects. So I have to spend hours deleteing and re-adding scales. What happened? anybody else experienced this?

Do you work in an office with a practical joker for a coworker? It sounds like somebody messed with your settings...

No merry prankster involved. It just happened.
Thought I had annoautoscale disabled with the default setting (-4).
Now I see r2013 has a setting of 0.
Is that a valid setting in 2012?

Hi,
The setting of 0 is also in 2012:
Could you also confirm if setting the variable back to 4 solved this for you?
Thanks,
Dan

the drawing has been behaving since after I went through it and deleted scales.
autoannoscale (I believe) was set to -4.
It is now set to zero.
I usually keep an eye on the "lightning bolt/tri-scale" icon in the tray and it seeems it has always been turned-off.
Lets wait and see if it happens again (I hope it does, so I will know I am not crazy), then I will stop immediately on the drawing and send it.
