Have the subscription DVDs shipped out? If so, how long ago? I have 4 seats and current subscriptions, but I haven't recieved any discs yet. Just curious.

downloads only, unless you specified for them to mail you a dvd. Check the
subscription center, and it will let you download from there.

I've got it downloaded, but I've been waiting on the DVD to get the CD-key.. How does one get a CD-key when there is no CD?

I received NO upgrade notification email for my sub account, saw that it was available for download by chance, and promptly requested the DVD. A DVD showed up within a matter of days. YAY I thought, and then opened the package to see 2010......
I got that one last year already. so why would Adesk send me another? They didn't have any problems asking for subscription payment, or accepting my subscription payment, but do seem to have problems fulfilling their end of the deal.
