Reading dxf problem with table and polyline

When I try to open the dxf file created by my custom software in ACAD  I get

Invalid or incomplete DXF input -- drawing discarded.

I assume I am doing something wrong while creating the dxf, 
but I can not figure out what it is. Can you help me?

1kb file sizes usually mean there is nothing there: you can open DXF files in Windows Notepad (or any word processor) and look inside them yourself.

Polyline.dxf has 2 errors in it.

Audit your drawing before DXFOUT.

can you help me write one code of autocad 2007 includes 1 table on rows and 1 column is not

someone please help me on the table just look wrong and lacking somewhere, need to add anything else
