I went thru the CAD Manager Utility Tools to turn off the communication center but it still is on, the utility created “MS Agent.dvb” what is this? How do I use it? I thought that it was or is a reg file for autocad but when I double click it windows asks me what program I would like to open it with.

I don't know about the CAD mgr utility creating dvb files and such, but
here is the easiest way to disable CC.

Thanks, I tried both ways. Appreciate the help, But I would still like to know what the *.dvb is supposed to do and how to use it.

I did it and it either modify's the system directly or you can choose to create a reg file as I did which worked correctly.
