Data Extraction - Issues with combining length values

I started using the data extraction wizard for material cut lengths. I ran into a issue where it is not combining like values, even when the "combine identical rows" box is checked. I am using architectural units with 1/16" precision. The first time I had this problem when I switched the units to decimal and precision to its most accurate state (.00000000) and noticed the two different lines (even though they were copied) were off by .00000003" I changed the lengths of the lines and they combined into one row in the spreadsheet. However today, the lines are IDENTICAL and they are not combining. What can I do to change the combining precision to match equal lengths to the 1/16", even if they are, lets say 1/64" off?
