My school have 22 AutoCad 2008 Acaademic Edtion licence, which we are still using in our labs.
We are planing to upgrade the PC's in the Labs. Are we able to get activation code
when we re-install AutoCad 2008 Acaademic Edtion licence on the new PC's.
Hi,
SCNR: if you do education you should do that with current releases so your trainees get used to tool(s) used nowadays, something they will find in their (future) jobs, not software that is 7 releases (ages) old.
Another problem will be, that current workstations will have Win7 or Win8(8.1) installed, AutoCAD 2008 is not supposed to run on that (current) releases of operating systems.
At least if you get an activation code or not is a decission made by Autodesk, not here in the forum. The answers here are from users helping other users with technical issues around the software. Activation code generation or similar things are not processed here.
