AutoCAD Crash:unhandled e06d7363h exception at 768dc41fh

  1. Start AutoCAD without any plugins.
  2. Fire up the open file dialog, select 2 dwg files bigger than 30M,just select, don't click Open.
  3. Click Cancel.

Operate like this for 30 times, there is a 10% chance that AutoCAD will crash.

Test Enviroment:

AutoCAD 2008 32 bit + Windows 7 SP1 32/64 bit

Multiple large files on a 32-bit Win7 OS?  Yeah, crashes will happen.  You are exceeding the abilities of your system.  Better control of level of detail and separating out content to multiple files will help until you move forward to a 64-bit OS with sufficient addressable RAM, and even after that as well.
