AutoCAD 2009 hatch command Crashes loading overhang9.hdi

Win7 Pro X64

It has been working well for a few months.

New user on this workstation setup a month ago.

Last week ACAD starts to crash when trying to Plot

Now just starting the hatch command causes the following error:

Heidi Module Load Error

Error Loading Heidi Module - c:\program files\autocad 2009\drv\\overhang9.hdi

The file was NOT in that folder, so I copied it from another working installation on another computer.  It made no diference at all.

Notice the extra \ in the path.  Where would I change it to only have one \?

I have tried a new blank profile, it happens on any drawing, even a new drawing, draw a box and type hatch causes it to crash.
