About Converting the PDF format to CAD format (.Dwg or.Dxf) question?

What's a good way to Convert the PDF format (.Pdf) to CAD format (.Dwg or.Dxf)which require precision is high, not deformation, the best fonts are able to discern and edit?

You will need to buy a solution from a 3rd party vendor: there are dozens out there, try before you buy as there is no magic bullet solution.

If you require high precision you can't start with a PDF, ask the creator for the DWG.  And don't even think about inteliigent objects like dimensions (or even circles) as PDF is only a popular plot file.

I have tried a couple of converters, I have used a program called Aide PDF to DXF Converter (http://www.aidecad.com) with much success. If you use AutoCAD 2010 you can insert a pdf or use one as an underlay.
