AC 2009 Repaired Install and now upon launch I get a network error 1.5.-1

Greetings,

I performed a reinstall on a users Autocad Inventor 2009 on a 64bit Xp system, and now when I launch the program I am getting the Error [1.5.-5].(See image)

I can ping the server from the users machine and the machine from the server, and we have about 8 other users who are using the same Autocad with no issues,

I checked the LICPATH file and it is the same as all the other users.

Not really sure what to do next.

The reason for the reinstall was the user came in Monday morning and tried to open Autocad Inventor and it would show the start up image then close, I went into add/remove programs and tried the repair first and I received the error 1.5.-1 so I proceeded with the reinstall.

I should mention that this is Autocad mechanical and Autodesk Inventor 2009 is on this machine and is working fine.
