I have been asked by our designer to have our .dwg files converted to DTM files for MicroStation. Does anyone out there know how to do this?
Thanks a bunch

I don't know how but:
you can't do it straight from CAD, can you explain what a DTM file is?
(can you move lines, is it a photo,...)

Digital Terrain Modeling
It triangulates points to make contours.
Export LandXML and give it to them.
