      Hi All,

In the past I had issues where a water jet machine would not see a font I was using.

Is there a trick to this? Like if I type SANTA FEE in the font Cooper Black it is hatched

and not an outline o fthe letters, how do I just get the outline o fthe letters?

    THANK YOU!

    A

Thank you patchy and another search after I left here produced the same answer BUT, it is wierd.

I choose COOPER BLACK, I write Santa Fe , then I Select All of my text > Express>Text>Explode Text and

I get something with interior lines!

Then I Selected All again and choose the regular EXPLODE and i was able to edit out the wierd interior lines.

Try to edit #2!  Wierd stuff happenes, the lines turn to dashed lines???

See attached and I am much appreciative for the help.

Try Text to Geometry, fast and no interior lines to clean up
