    Text Not Recognized

Our titleblock file on one of the computers in the office is not recognizing the correct font styles.

The fonts are loaded but obviously something is not being recognized because it should not extend outside the parameters of the titleblock. Other machines don't have this issue. Anyone know what I need to do to get this to be corrected on the one machine?  See attached.

    Thanks.

The one machine has the wrong font installed: fonts are external to the program, they are not embedded in files.

    Match up all the fonts.

All fonts are already installed and that fixed the logo situation.

It's now just the content of the titleblock that is still messed up.

I can't figure out why. When I hit F2 it doesn't indicate any substitution for the font so I don't know why there is an issue.

    Please advise further. Thanks!

Define "content of the titleblock that is still messed up" in more detail please: and what object types are they, FIELDS or ATTRIBUTES or just TEXT?

Content of Titleblock - where it says project name, drawing title, sheet.

They are set up as an Attribute.

Hope this helps with some additional thoughts on what I need to do to get it to work.

    Thanks!

To followup on my previous reply, I checked the attribute and exploded it to see if it would register our font.

Everything seems to be registered correctly our text style matches the font that is loaded into the computer. Nothing seems to be substituted.

    Further thoughts?

You'll have to share a DWG file if you can.

You did not include the fonts, so the problem is replicated here and most likely the real issue with your user/titleblock.

oh sorry i thought those would come through with the etransmit.

    here's everything.

yes, it looks like that on my coworkers machines when they open the titleblock but all the fonts are loaded.

    that's what is confusing.
