How do you edit attribute tags (only) and retain the values of the attributes?
When we try to redefine a block the attribute valus change with ATTSYNC.
What I would do:
1st, highlight the block.
2nd, right click
3rd, choose Block Editor
4th, click on the Tag to be changed
5th, go to Properties
6th, edit as you wish
7th, Close Block Editor

You can rename attribute tags with BATTMAN.
