Does Anyone know how to remove Unreferenced .jpg From the x-ref Manager. in AutoCAD 2008 LT

Everytime i open drawings it looks for things that arent there and therefore slows the drawing down.

any ideas??

Detach it.

if it was as easy is that do you think i would have posted on the forum.

it has unload or reload, and whichever one you select it does nothing as its not referenced to anything.

any more suggestions???

DETACH is different than UNLOAD

yeah, do you read what i put there or not, When i press on unload it doesnt go anywhere it is still there,

IT WILL NOT UNLOAD no matter how different it is, it is unreferenced there is no jpeg there, i want to remove it from the x-ref manager as when i open the drawing it is looking for an image that isnt there.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND, DID YOU LOOK AT THE IMAGE I ATTACHED

It sounds like there may be an error in the OP's install if detach is not available.

thanks for your reply, i have looked at that article you provided and tried the command, but still nothing, i have attached some images for you to see.

That might be a solution for full blown autocad where as i am looking for LT solution.

The image name doesn't have [ ] would this caused a problem?
