AutoCAD 2007/2008/2009 DWG Format

I have a profile that has 10+ different workspaces in it, base on users location of tool bars. I have a custom enterprise CUI file that partial loads two CUI files that contain pull down menus. I have verified that the CUI are loaded through MENULOAD. In five of the workspaces, the pull downs show at the top right, like they should. On the remaining workspaces, they do not.

Is there a simple way to get these to display?

Do I need to have each user to re-create their workspace? 

I have also unloaded and reloaded the CUI's.

Any suggestions?

I found it!!!!!!

Didn't look down far enough Customize User Interface editor. Partial loaded CUI are down near the bottom of the "Customizations In <file name> pane". It was just a matter of checking the right check box from there.
