AutoCAD 2007/2008/2009 DWG Format

I have 2 machines that operate differently when accessing hatch edit.  On one machine I can dbl click the hatch and the hatch edit box comes up.  The other machine does not do this.  Nothing happens when dbl clicking the hatch.  I have to enter HE to get the hatch edit box to come up.  Is there a setting that controls this?

verify these sysvars on your two pc's:

DBLCLKEDIT

PICKFIRST
