I am having a consistency on the font size. I have added text at 1/8"h. Three of the notes are of the same size. While two other looks larger. I have attached the drawing in question. Why it is happening? I checked everything I know.

They are not 1/8"
Go to UNITS and set your precision to 1/64" and list the size of the texts.
