Does anyone know a way of permanently disabling the perpendicular snap, so a user cannot switch it on.
A particular user has an inhibility to draught orthogonal lines, so the use of the perp snap only serves to worsen the situation. Ruining any drawing they get their hands on.
If I turn it off, it just gets turned back on. This is one of the Directors so he will NOT be told. The irony is he complains all the time when dimensioning drawings and the dimensions are all inconsistent.
I've tried politely telling him, he is the one causing it................
Should I put just put correction fluid over the icon?
HELP!!!!

Trust me, that's far easier to manage, than the terrible draughting.
I hear what you're saying about training etc. Tried that approach, like peeing in the wind.
I'll mumble the words 'maybe a reinstall' and he'll lose interest.

OP you could read into the OSMODE variable and set it to a reasonable variety of osnaps, and perhaps put it on a custom button for you and for him....
