AutoCAD 2007/2008/2009 DWG Format

I would like to force arrows, lines and text outside the extention lines in a dimension regardless of distance. I simply haven't found the proper combination of settings. Would someone kindly help? I'm running 2009 on XP Pro.

might help.

You have to use the keyboard for this.
