Can someone let me know how to convert text (simplex) to a Poly Line. I know I have done it with previous versions of ACAD but it has been too long. Thanks.

    Thanks Nathan.

Now the question is, how do I load Express Tools. I have searched through the AuotCAD held index and all I can find is that it needs to be loaded during instalation. I can't seem to find it through any menus or commands (EXPRESSTOOLS). Can I install express tools without reinstalling AutoCAD? Thanks Again.

Got the dvd for autocad? You had the opportunity to install when you
    installed autocad. Load dvd again.

Are you sure it's not installed?
What happens if you type in EXPRESSTOOLS or EXPRESSMENU at the command line?

You can also use WMFOUT and WMFIN to "explode" text, no express tools
    required.

you gotta have the express tools anyway!!
if typing the below does nothing then it's not installed.
Load CD and go just tick the express tools - untick all else.
I'm sure googling will bring up a more detailed explanation if that don't
    make sense.

    Uh, no you don't.
WMFOUT and WMFIN are native AutoCAD commands.
