    How do I create a block to insert to a certain position of a Title block? I tied to create the block from my Title Block and when Inserted the block on my drawing at 0,0 - it vanished.

    Did you try a zoom extents?

    Check these two possibilities:

    1. Were both the UCSs set to World or at least the same UCS? Sometimes different UCSs can send things off into the ether.

    2. Type INSBASE and check where the base point is for that block. If it isn't 0,0,0, things again can be sent off into

    to unknown. If INSBASE isn't 0,0,0, you can enter 0,0,0 right then. The block should return to the intended location.

    UCS was the culprit. As soojn as I chaged to "World" and made new block - it worked. Thanks for the help.
