    Block Insert & Edit Attributes

I have AutoCAD 2009 installed on 2 different PC's at 2 different locations. On at home when I insert a block with an attribute it asks for the value in the command line like the previous versions.

At work it opens an 'Edit Attributes' window in the middle of the screen and it slows me down because I can't hit enter or right click to close it. I attached a screen shot.

Does anyone know how to change this setting? I thought I set up the programs the same at both locations but somehow at home it works like I want it to.
