    Where can I adjust the 'TEXT FRAME' offset for the text.

    Well…  dang it.  Thanks for the reply!  Does anybody know of a lisp routine or something along that line that would work to easily create an attractive text box without haveing to manipulate the box and wipe outs and such?  Thanks!

    Try a single-cell TABLE object: you'll have to manually combine it with LEADER or an MLEADER without text/blocks.
