Hi friends
I want to animate two objects one of them will be ratate circular and the second one will be move linear. I have attached a DWG file containing these two objects.I want to rotate the object number 1( it's a gear) cicular( around its center) so it should move object number 2 linear .Can you say that if it is possible in autocad 2007. If so, how can I do this perpose? thanks in advance.
Best regards

Animation in AutoCAD is not "impossible", it's just not pretty or very useful

On the other hand, I'm pretty sure the gear and the gear rack in the OP's drawing could be made to rotate/move in unison in a dynamic block, for at least one turn of the gear.
