Well, sorry to say it, but I think its pretty clear that the
problem you're having is being caused by a defect in the
3rd party app (or less-likly, a change in an API it uses).
You need to take that up with the publisher of the 3rd
party app.

Yeah, What is weird is that they haven't changed anything. Or as I recall someone telling me their program is the same between 2008 and 2009. It works fine with 2008.

We have the same problems and we use no 3rd party apps. We are using Autocad 2009 and C3D LDC and it happens in both.
