Archibus 18 & AutoCAD 2009 overlay

.... Here is my problem:

Scenerio: AutoCAD 2009 is open with:Afm18\Bin\AfmOverlayLoader17. arx loaded, the Archibus apj loaded and ARCHIBUS/FM Overlay for Rx loaded.

Performing the Highlight routine for "Highligh Rooms By Department" it will start to populate the hatches on the plan properly until a certain point and it either crashes or I recieve the following"

UNHANDLED EXCEPTION AT C0000005 ACCESS VIOLATION READING OXEF8abd0C AT ADDRESS 7C93729Bh

PLEASE HELP

1. Try running 'audit' and fix errors on the drawing.  If you have an xref do the same to it. 

2. Does it crash on the same polyline everytime?  If so, that polyline may need to be redrawn.

Have you spoken to your ARCHIBUS Business Partner yet?
