Linetypes loading wrong

So i recently started teaching myself how to create new linetypes and such and everything works fine. However, in a certain drawing I opened, when I load any of the linetypes I created, the text on them is tiny and off center, etc. This only seems to happen in this one specific drawing. It's an older file from our server from about 2000 (I think its an autocad 2000 file).

 

Every other parameter I checked is consistant (ie linetype scale, ltscale of drawing, paperspace lt scale), but it is still not loading right in this specific drawing. Is there any other variables that I should check, or is it an issue from that older version of autocad?

STYLE command, you did not mention actually checking the test style and it's settings that are being used in the linetype.
