I would like to thank you all at the Discussion Group for your replies, I will study on the issue more and will send in a findings of my research. The command that I was talking about comes with the AutoCAD's Mechanical 2005 test drive It Is for analyzing the drawing properties, that command is "AMANALYSEDWG". It was very fun learning with the test drive. THANK YOU ALL

Then why didn't you say that?
Of course you realize there is a separate discussion group for Autodesk Mechanical.
I searched for the command "scope" in the Mechanical Help files and found none. Then I searched the Mechanical Help files to see it the word scope appeared anywhere within the help files. The only occurance I found was in,

"With cam gears, you can implement practically any movement required in the scope of process control with a minimum number of gear elements. "
