AutoCAD LT 2006

We used AutoCAD LT 2006 - Block edit command not working. how to enable block edit command. (or) how we can enable to express tools also

I never had 2006, but I believe the Block Editor was new for that release.  I would expect BEDIT to  launch the block editor, but I couldn't say whether it was fully enabled in LT.  You may also be able to select the block and right-click.

Express Tools are not available for AutoCAD LT.

The BE is not in LT 2006. It was introduced in LT 2008 I believe. The Block Test Window was not introduced to LT until 2010

Dynamic Blocks did not exist in LT 2005.
Dynamic Blocks were introduced in ACAD 2006.
Dynamic Blocks were added to LT in 2006. You could manipulate a DynBlk but not create or edit.
Dynamic Blocks were fully incorporated in LT 2007.
Full Field support was introduced to LT 2009. Prior to this Fields used in a lower version of LT can be hinky.
Block Test Window, Block Properties Table, Enhanced Attributes, ATTSYNC were introduced in LT 2010.
Parametric Constraints were introduced in ACAD 2010
Parametric Constriants can be manipulated but not created in LT 2010 & up

WBLOCK out the block in question to an external file with the same name, OPEN this file, edit the block, SAVE it, the INSERT it back into the master file with the option to replace the one inside the file.

or EXPLODE the block, change it, then BLOCK command it back to a block.

Those are your block editing choices in LT2006.

No Express Tools in any LT version, old or new or current.
