AutoCAD 2004/2005/2006 DWG Format

Hi,
I have created a tool palette with linear dimension in all scales we use here at the office. But I have configured it wrong. I need to change the scale factors bu when I change it, I open the tool palette in another file and the old scale factor value is still there.
Is there anyway it can be fixed? I have already closed AutoCad, rebooted the computer...
Is there anyother option?

Have you purged the old dim styles from the dwg?

Hi, I have really tried to create a tool Palette with linear dimensions in different scales for almost six months now, I havent been successful. Kindly explain how you were able to do that.
