AutoCAD 2004/2005/2006 DWG Format

I have been a light weight user AutoCADLT98 for quite a few years and now a new job requires me to use AutoCAD2005. In LT98 I had an Object located within the border area of all my templates - it had 3 attributes: 1) my user name, 2) time & date, and 3) file name. At the end of each day or design session I would just type "rev" and hit "return" and they are updated. Is such a thing possible in 2005? (I am not talking about a plot stamp, this is text that is visible in the layout and gets plotted as well.)

REVDATE is an LT ability not found in AutoCAD.

Ask your employer about what they prefer to use, or you two sit together and explore FIELD command and agree on a solution together.
