AutoCAD 2004/2005/2006 DWG Format

Can anyone give me some help with this warning, I try to save a 2006 dwg as a dxf.

WARNING. Round-trip hatch data exceeded 16kb.
Hatch 2E525 in R12/13 drawings will not be automatically upgraded to the
current format.

I am having the same problem with Hatch 124E5 & 126FF. The DXF is discarded when you try to open after saving with

Unknown group 74 for table on line 742.
Invalid or incomplete DXF input -- drawing discarded.

I tried to back save file to R14 dwg but still had the same issue... I am using Acad 2012 on Win 7 & have the same problem with Acad 2006 LT on XP

Anyone know how to fix this???
