AutoCAD 2004/2005/2006 DWG Format

Since online Win7 updates were installed on or about December 14th, AutoCAD 2005 on my two Win7 machines hangs trying to open acad.dwt, for 45 seconds on my faster machine and for 5 minutes on my slower machine, before showing the cursor. My WinXP machine remains just fine.

So... remove them? Windows Restore has that ability.

Or perhaps you just need to empty your Windows Temp folder.

R2005 is not supported in Win7 so there is no Autodesk fix (why it works fine in WinXP).
