When using the trim or extend command, sometimes it will crash autocad. It only happens when I trim or exted in "smart" or "dynamic: mode - enter trim/extend command, hit return twice, then pick the line to trim/extend. It does not happen consistantly, and I cannot intentionally recreate it. It doesn't matter if it's a pline, or if there are blocks, xrefs, groups, or just 2 lines involved. I'm using Autocad 2004 on a new Dell I3 chip, 3G ram, and working in 2D, basic stuff, no 'heavy lifting' - (residential house plans). Any thoughts?
