Hi Juan,
Create a block of your geometry. Then insert it into your drawing and if you want it longer in X, then type that in and you have what you want.
You can also insert the block and accept all the defaults, then change X or Y in the Properties for the same results.

Make it a block, then use PROPERTIES.
Or try STRETCH if it's an option.

Geez Byes! If you want a scale of 1 in the x-axis and a scale of 1.2 in the y-axis, then highlight the block and in the Properties manager override the 1.0 in the y-axis with 1.2!
If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted

The routine here:
http://cadtips.cadalyst.com/node/tiplisting?keywor
automates the process of making the thing(s) you want to scale differently in X and Y directions into a temporary block, inserting it with adjusted scale, and exploding and purging it.
