AutoCAD 2004/2005/2006 DWG Format

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me:
I need the dialog box that is shown when I ask for a new document, the one with the templates list.
I have tried cmddia and filedia 1but did not work out.

I know it is a dumb question, but I simply can´t find this dialog...

If you type .NEW (note the period) at the command line, what
do you get?
